This pattern is my own creation, adapted from and taking the best of several different Salmon Fly patterns. This version of the Salmon Fly will fish in the fastest heaviest riffle water, right where the Salmon Flies live, and where the trout lay in wait for them. Try this pattern on a windy day, it will flip and skitter on the surface, and will draw some incredible strikes! |
