Terrestrials

Mid-summer you'll often find me throwing hoppers on a windy day right against grassy banks on a Montana River.  Sometimes the takes are subtle, like sipping a spinner on the surfance, and sometimes the fish will smash the fly.  I tie a variety of terrestrial patterns from tradional hoppers, to foam patterns to imitate the so-called "Goodyear Rubber Hatch"!   If you don't see a particular pattern you're interested in, please ask.
